For over 30 years, Bryon Middlebrook has practiced law in Flagstaff and Northern Arizona, protecting people's rights, and promoting fairness. Mr. Middlebrook obtained settlements exceeding a million dollars while resolving personal injury and family law clients. Mr. Middlebrook obtained a personal injury verdict against the government exceeding a million dollars.

Mr. Middlebrook was born and raised in Yuma, Arizona. Mr. Middlebrook resides in Nothern Arizona, raising his family here for over 30 years.  As an Arizona native, Mr. Middlebrook is commited to helping people obtain justice for their legal woes. Mr. Middlebrook represents regular people—not insurance companies, or government entities.

While Mr. Middlebrook has practiced law for over 30 years, he still enjoys practicing full-time, and loves resolving your legal problems.  Mr. Middlebrook’s energy comes from family, and friends. He is a private pilot and yoga instructor too. 

Jason Brown

Jason is the newest addition to the Middlebrook, P.C. family. Born and raised in Flagstaff, he is proud to be home and ready to help. 

Jason has been working in the legal field since 2011. He received his Paralegal Certificate from University of Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Jason worked in various areas of law including: Family, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, and Business/Transactional law. 

From 1999 to 2010, Jason worked in the television and film industry in both Los Angeles and Arizona. He excelled in contract negotiations and insured production compliance with the Screen Actors Guild and the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees. Additionally, he helped several production companies with Limited Liability Company formation, production budget creation, and management. 

Jason will bring his diverse background and strong work ethic to your case. 

Taylor Hutter

Taylor Hutter received her B.S. in criminal justice from Northern Arizona University in 2014. She began working as the paralegal for Mr. Middlebrook once she received her degree and now has over five years of legal experience. She will be attending law school at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota this summer where she will focus her studies on family law. Once she completes her J.D., she intends to return to her home of Flagstaff, Arizona where she will begin her practice.
